Our sessions consist of 1 hour conversational teaching lecture, 1 hour live hot seat coaching and 1 hour energy work, with 10 minute breaks in between. If you desire more support, The Foundation is for you.
The real work happens in your every day life.

When do we meet?
Every other Tuesday at 1pm CST starting 9/9/25 through 2/4/26. There are always replays available.
Will I be safe here?
As safe as you possibly can be while breaking generational curses of childhood sxxual abuse. Typically these curses operate inside the bounds of some type of religious institution or other type of organization so Root Lock offers you a protective covering while you're getting out from under their dominion and into your own sovereign foundation.
What if I need more help?
After the 6 months you can stay in Root Lock as long as you like on a month to month basis for ongoing support. We also have The Foundation, a private social network and educational podcast with pocket coaching that you can access on your own schedule, tapping into support at your fingertips anytime.

Ancestors care about the most important things in your life like family, purpose, health, relationships, money and destiny. These are the areas of life we focus on in Root Lock. This reading will be the only reading you need for these 6 months as it takes time for these initiations and transformations to integrate. We meet biweekly in Root Lock to give you plenty of time to live your life and integrate the energies in between.
